If you have 10 min to spare, you can get to know me in this intimate interview for the upcoming (hopefully) documentary "Cosplay Boom".

Todd has this innate way to ask questions that make you open up to him. I am so grateful for the opportunity to just talk and be myself. Todd is trying to make a documentary series on Cosplay full of these types of interviews, so please consider backing the "Cosplay Boom" kickstarter to help make this happen!

YOu have got to be the most down to earth famous person I know. I kinda expected the opposite (Sorry if that's insulting) but you have a great personality, not pretentious like most cosplayers I know.

Yaya, I have been following you on DA for a long time and I love your cosplays, just like everyone here. I want to someday be where you are and be able to take my love and passion for costumes and makeup to the next level. As of now I actually go to school for a costume design major at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. You have inspired me to keep pursuing my dream of having my own cosplay boutique and I am thankful for it. I also watch you on Heros of Cosplay every Tuesday. You remind me a lot of myself, in particular watching the interview just now. I went to my first convention about... 5 years ago I believe but I was never able to make my own stuff. Now with my freshmen year done and countless hours in our huge costume shop I am attempting to bring my dream to life. I have always wanted to design a character and then cosplay them and I am attempting it this year for SDCC. Do you have any tips for someone who wants to do original cosplay? I know you have done them yourself. I am also doing Rikku from FFX as well and I really hope to stop by your table at SDCC. You were there last year I believe but it was my first time and it was over whelming.

I love your pointing out of introverts and extroverts. I'm very much an introvert and I realized lately that it doesn't have to be a life-long thing. :) You're really an inspiration, I'm thankful I found you all through Heroes of Cosplay, I hope the show continues on for a long while. You really have the ideal outlook on the cosplaying world.

I love how you mentioned your ethnicity. That was always an insecurity for me because I always wanted to cosplay some fair skinned character and my tan Asian skin always held me back. It's inspirational how you don't care about those things and hopefully one day I will get to meet you at a Con. :)

I thought it was so funny when you said, "Der. I just wanna comsplay." I thought it was just the funniest thing! Keep up the good work! :D
