This is one of my older costumes that I could definitely improve upon now if I made it, but a lot of great memories came with it and I still love FF 10 and Lulu so much!

Construction wise, I would like to note that I took the liberty to add a personal touch to the original design. While making something accurately down to the last detail can be fun, it leaves little to no room for your own creativity. You will find details on my costume that give the design a little more depth and character. I used an awesome soft upholstery leather for the skirt and sleeves, and chose fabrics for the corset that would create texture together. The skirt and belts were the most difficult parts to work on, but the jewelry and hair accessories took me the longest to make. I did a lot of beading for this costume, and also hand-painted the lace and sewed them individually on, creating a pattern inspired by the original design.
