Archangel by yayacosplay Archangel by yayacosplay
These are a pair of wings I finished this week, for a customer. I built them to his size and height (over 6 feet tall) and they turned out so big that I could not wear them myself. I also gave up trying to put them on a mannequin and it would just fall over in a slight wind. These had to me put on a live model, and thank you Brian for putting them on for the photos.

I designed a newer shape this time, with more wing span and a very defined arch. Kind of like my smaller gold wings for Athena. They are very lightweight and can be taken apart and "folded" on top of each other for travel/shipping.

Every year I take a limited number of angel wing commissions. If you're interested, go to this page for more info:

Very nice - and at this rate, the proportions seem natural. You often find wings that either seem ridiculously small or grossly unbalanced. :D

they are really really beautiful..... and just a question... how long did it take for crafting them?

(I don't think we possibly realise The time it take to do something like that!)

The shape is fantastic, they must be so impressive to see IRL! Did you shape the tips of the feathers, too? They look awesome. :3
